• 30% refundable deposit is required to guarantee the booking and the balance is payable 45 days prior to arrival.
• If cancelled within 90 days of arrival 30%, If cancelled within 45 days of arrival 50%, within 29 days of arrival 100% full stay cancellation charge.

• If cancelled within 30 days of arrival 30% of full stay charge, within 14 days of arrival 50%, within 7 days of arrival 100% full stay cancellation charge.

20th December 2025 to 10th January 2026 / 20th December 2026 to 10th January 2027

• 30% non-refundable is required at the time of booking, balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation anytime will result in a 30% cancellation charge, If cancelled within 60 days of arrival 50% of full stay charge, within 30 days of arrival 100% full stay cancellation charge.

For group bookings (4 rooms & above)
​Payment - 50% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation, balance 60 days prior to arrival.
​Cancellation - Cancellation any time will result in a 50% cancellation charge, within 60 days prior to arrival full charge
